We are located in a desirable central location, just yards away from sandy Pinneys Beach, and steps away from the ever popular Yachtsmans Grill Restaurant and Indian Summer -authentic Indian Restaurant. We are also close the Nevis Equestrian Center, the only horse riding stable on the island.

Summary: This villa is very nice! It was clean and obviously well cared for. It was also stocked with everything you could possibly need for a stay at the beach. I read everything in the info packet, which led me to some great restaurants. The property manager, Amelia, immediately answered any question I had, from the moment I booked the trip to the day I left. I am very impressed with her. She helped arrange my transfer from St. Kitts airport to the villa, and also left me some breakfast items, which was very thoughtful. Things to know: the internet/wifi is glitchy. You can't really walk to anywhere else, you have to travel by car. Not because things are too far away (there are plenty of other places within 4 miles including Pinneys Beach and Charlestown), but rather because it is not walker friendly (Amelia did warn me) I decided to get around by taxi. Taxis are easy to get, but in hind sight I should have rented a car. It would have given better options to explore more of the island. I felt a bit trapped without one. The weather was perfect, partly cloudy, warm, humid with an occasional short lived rain shower that wasn't bothersome. Another thing I was warned about: May is VERY quiet, and not everything is open or available. I didn't realize it would be SO dead quiet. It was eerie. Over 4 days I counted less than 10 other people at the villa, and usually had the beach to myself. BTW-I am female in my 50s, and didn't feel unsafe anywhere on Nevis, not once.
